Shipping Costs

The shipping costs are exclusively calculated by size, weight and country of destination. The delivery is sent by postal service or an express service (GLS, Bartolini). We always choose the most favourable terms for the customer.

The delivery time depends on the destination. Generally, it is 2-6 business days within Europe and 10 days for overseas and other destinations after payment is received.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. The 25th April and 2nd June are declared as national holidays in Italy.

If a wood carving is not in stock, we will inform you immediately.

We do not accept responsibility for any direct or indirect damages caused by any delay in delivery.
The right of withdrawal can be claimed within 14 days upon delivery by returning the merchandise in its original packing and in impeccable condition to our address.
The shipping costs have to be paid by the customer.

Figures produced according to the customer’s wishes are nonreturnable.
